WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

If products are in stock, we will ship within 1-2 working days after payment has cleared. If the ordered products are not in stock, we will contact you and let you know about the estimated delivery time.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

T12 offers you a 14 day return policy . This means that you can buy a product with full confidence that you can return the item(s) up to two week after your purchase. Special made parts are exempt from this, special made parts can not be returned.


All we request is that the products are sent back in the original packing and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.


Terms and conditions


Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.

The 14 day returns policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged - such items will need to be returned in accordance with our faulty items returns policy below.

You can return any items you purchased from T12 for up to 14 days from the original purchase date.

Items with specific sell by dates are exempt from the 14 day returns policy.

Custom made products are exempt from this policy

Our parts are NOT approved for road use, they are for race use only, we do not take any responsibility for damage done to you or your bike by using our parts. It's at your own risk. Special clause for T12 parts. These parts and kits are designed and manufactured for competition use and are sold "as-is without warranty". The entire risk as to performance and quality is with the with the buyer. It is a condition of our making these parts available that it is solely the decision of each individual, rider, team member or team whether they choose to use any parts supplied and in doing so this absolves T12 or it's suppliers of any claims. including and not exclusively for; inconvenience, damage to equipment and/or injury to personnel irrespective of how caused. It is assumed when ordering these parts that you accept these terms. If the items is received with a manufacturing fault please contact T12 to resolve within 7 days."


WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY WHEN IT'S DELIVERED?

Contact us within 7 days after you received you package and state what the fault is. Pictures are always helpful.


You can then choose from:


1. If you request a refund we will refund you, by the method used to pay for the order (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage.


2. If you requested us to despatch a replacement we will see to it that you get a replacement.


To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as  RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE.


In case of return of parts, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping address.


 


WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE ON RETURNED ITEMS?

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.


If you return something due to it being faulty we refund up to 20€ carriage.


We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.


THE STUFF WITH SMALL LETTERS

When shopping with us you we kindly ask you to comply with the following:


Payment may be by Paypal or bank transfer

Delivery is by PostNord, the package might change courier once it leaves Denmark, however tracking is still possible, if shipped as a tracked package.

VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (25%) for buyers within EU.  Buyers outside EU will not be charged VAT.

Your details will be stored securely on a computer according to the terms of the Danish data protection act.

All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.

Delivery, please allow up to 14 days for delivery, for shipping costs, please contact us and we will inform you of the current shipping costs.

We can take payment by Paypal or bank transfer. For exchange you will need to supply a copy of your receipt. If the goods are found to be defective we will send a replacement within 31 days.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Payment can be made by Paypal or bank transfer. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is unused.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.

You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
